Ich habe Resilienz nicht im Seminar gelernt, sondern als Offizier der Bundeswehr – mit Führungsverantwortung in realen Ausnahmesituationen, als Lehroffizier und in internationalen Einsätzen.
Später als Leiter Qualitätsmanagement bei ARRI über drei Standorte in Deutschland und Österreich: Normen, Audits, Zulassungsstrategien, crossfunktionale Teams – und immer wieder die Frage, warum gut gemeinte Strukturen im Alltag nicht tragen.
Genau das ist mein Thema: Organisationen so aufzubauen, dass sie nicht nur im Normalbetrieb funktionieren, sondern auch dann, wenn der Druck steigt.
Die drei Felder, in denen ich arbeite – Strukturelle Resilienz, Verantwortungsarchitektur und Führungs- & Rollenarchitektur – sind kein Bauchladen. Sie sind die drei Stellen, an denen ich in mehr als zwanzig Jahren – in Behörden, Mittelstand und Startup – immer wieder denselben Hebel gefunden habe.

Special Knowledge
I was able to experience firsthand the importance of associations as representatives of industry interests through my work on various committees of the industry association Spectaris. I value the mutual exchange with colleagues in such committees and see this as an opportunity to influence potential regulations.
Great ideas can lead to fantastic products and exciting opportunities, but the associated growth can be a major challenge, especially for small and medium-sized businesses. Through my work in the startup and mid-sized sector, I’m aware of the challenges associated with rapid growth and can particularly contribute my experience in organizational development. I’m passionate about technology and am always trying out new technical solutions myself.
